- La Poste tracked letter: your jewelry arrives directly in your mailbox.
-Colissimo with signature: hand-delivered against signature.
Don't panic! 💌 Our packages are thin and fit into most mailboxes.
If you chose Colissimo with signature, a delivery notice will be left for you to collect your order at the post office.
Don't worry if your tracking number doesn't work right away.
It can take 24 to 48 hours for La Poste services to activate the code.

RETURNS & REFUNDS
Of course 💛 You have 15 days from the receipt of your order to return your jewelry if it does not meet your expectations.
Returns are accepted for any jewelry that is new, unworn, unpersonalized, and still sealed in its original packaging.
👉 Return shipping costs are our responsibility.
1️⃣ Log in to your Mianela Jewelry customer account.
2️⃣ Go to the “My Orders” section and select the one you wish to return.
3️⃣ Click on “Make a Return” and follow the indicated steps.
4️⃣ A return label will be sent to you by email with all instructions.
If you placed an order as a guest, you can access tracking and returns via our “Track My Order / Make a Return” page, by entering your email, postal code, and order number.

Items must be returned in their original packaging, perfectly protected to avoid any damage during transit.
Once your package is received, we will send you a confirmation email.
The refund will then be processed within 3 to 5 working days after receipt and verification of the jewelry.
The refund will be issued using the same payment method you used for your purchase:
- Payment by credit card → credit to your account.
- Payment by PayPal → refund to your PayPal account.
- Payment by credit note → credit to your Mianela Jewelry balance.
- The jewellery must not have been worn, altered or damaged.
- It must be returned in its sealed pouch and original packaging.
- Products purchased in an outlet or personalised cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Earrings and pierced jewellery cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
No worries 🌿 The refund is processed after receipt and verification of your return.
Depending on your bank, it may take up to 7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
